Our rewards program is designed to enhance your skincare journey. As a member, you earn points with every eligible online product purchase. These points can then be redeemed for rewards both online and during your clinic visits. Your membership is complimentary and automatically created when you register for an account on our website.

Points are earned through:

• 1 point for every dollar spent on online product purchases
• 100 points welcome bonus upon joining
• 400 points on your birthday
• We may offer other promotional offers throughout the year

We offer flexible redemption options: 

Online Shopping:

• 350 points = $10 off your skincare purchases
• 500 points = Complimentary shipping

In-Clinic Benefits:

• 200 points = $10 voucher for treatments

Points are awarded once your online order is fulfilled, which could mean a short delay to see them in your account while we pack and send your order. This ensures all transactions are properly processed and verified.

Yes, earned points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. They will sit safely in your account for you during that time. As you redeem points, we’ll always redeem the oldest points first.

Note: Please take a look at the additional FAQ section about the expiry dates on vouchers once you’ve converted points to a voucher.

Once you’ve accumulated enough points, you can convert them to a clinic voucher through your online account. We’ll email you the voucher to present during your next clinic visit. These vouchers can be used towards any treatment service but cannot be used for product purchases.
